I ordered a custom poster from Print2Go and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure the design came out exactly as I envisioned. The print quality was sharp, colors were vibrant, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will definitely return for future projects.
Extremely expensive, super shady practice. yes! I saw the posters saying there's a system charge but I was under the assumption that it's for using the computers which I can understand but no, even if you were to email the files they got this so called system charge. 5$+ for 8 sheets of b/w is straight up a rip off. Hell they even charge if you want to use the stapler. Wouldn't recommend
I’ve been a customer here for many years, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always friendly and polite. Today I was assisted by PJ, who was fantastic—very friendly, efficient, and quick. I truly appreciate the excellent service. Prices are also amazing. Highly recommend this place!
Great little print shop in a super convenient location, right by Yonge and Sheppard! I came here to bind some papers and the service was fast, efficient, and friendly. No long waits and everything was done well. They also offer a lot of other services like printing brochures, flyers, custom t-shirts, posters, bookmarks, and more. There’s even a passport photo printing machine. You’ll need to bring a USB or a cable to connect your phone—no AirDrop. You can choose the exact photo size you need right from the machine. Definitely a useful spot to know about!
The worst service I’ve ever experienced! I wanted to print over 60 pages of stickers — a job that would have been a great cost, and I was completely fine with paying. Instead of helping, the staff dismissed me, saying it was ‘too much hassle.’ They didn’t even try to assist and simply suggested I go to Staples, since I had about 4 different designs. The two guys working there clearly didn’t want to spend a little extra time on the job. :)) Honestly, don’t waste your time visiting this store — just go straight to Staples (as their own staff recommended). :))
I visited Print2Go two days in a row and had mixed experiences. On the first visit, I spoke with a staff member about printing a project and the price came to $15 + tax. We hadn’t finalized the paper type at the time. When I returned the next day, there were different staff working, and I was surprised that the final price came out to $10 + tax for the same project. While the print quality was fine, the inconsistency in pricing made me uncomfortable. It’s hard to recommend a place where the cost can change significantly depending on who you speak with. I hope they work on better consistency and clearer communication across staff.
Had to get some last minute printing jobs done. This store was open on the weekend when most printing shops were closed and I'm happy to say that I had a smooth experience here. The interior of the store is beautiful too. Lost one star because it can be difficult to get things done here when it gets even slightly busy.
