I sent a request on Saturday which was the Easter long weekend and was not expecting a reply until Mon or Tues. Well I was wrong, I received a call from the owner Alireza Alvandi and he explained what I would need to do to set up an appointment for an Estate appraisal. Within a short period of time we were all booked for a Tuesday visit. Sargam was there on time and took pictures, asked some questions and was on her way within a short period of time.
