They explained everything clearly, treated my pain with the right techniques, and gave me exercises that actually helped. My mobility and comfort improved much faster than I expected. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone recovering from an MVA or dealing with back pain.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Medcare Physiotherapy Center. The physiotherapist was unprofessional and seemed overwhelmed, trying to handle 3-4 patients simultaneously. During my visit, I noticed one customer leaving in frustration due to the lack of attention. I myself did not receive a proper consultation, and it was clear that the physiotherapist didn’t have enough time or expertise to address my concerns. He seemed unsure of what he was doing, which left me questioning the quality of care at this facility. It’s unacceptable for a center to have only one physiotherapist on duty if they cannot manage multiple patients effectively. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
The treatment was excellent. Lakshami was very patient and asked about my pain area thoroughly. During the physiotherapy session, she constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well. The therapy team is very professional, and I highly recommend.
