I have been a regular customer at this store for a long time and I shop here often. Over the years, I’ve noticed that many of the staff usually have a rather cold attitude. I always tried to be understanding and assumed maybe they were tired or having a long day. Of course, there are also some employees who are very kind and positive. but in all this time, I’ve only experienced that maybe twice. Today, however, I had a very disappointing experience. I wanted to know the price of a small cake before coming in, so I called the store. I politely asked, “How much is your small cake?” The woman who answered the phone spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way. She said, “I can’t tell you. You have to come here, then I’ll tell you,” in a very unprofessional tone. I explained that I am planning to come, but I just want to know the approximate price before I go like whether it’s around $20–$30 or $30–$50. She repeated the same rude response and then said “bye” and hung up. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. After this experience, I don’t feel comfortable coming back, and I would rather shop anywhere else than return to this store.
If you are Black, be aware. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience stayed with me. I experienced racial profiling in this store. As soon as I walked in, the security guard began following me around. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No one should feel watched or targeted while shopping.
Very nice store with excellent quality home made food . Very good management and high quality service. Svitlana helped me to order food for my old parents and Tolik with Arkadiy gave me good discount for party plates. Recommended this store for my friends and colleagues. Vladimir Samokish

This was the only place open on Christmas day. Great selection and everything looked fresh. A couple of hard working staffers were seen around the store. I enjoyed the experience. I recommend!
