I had a great time thrifting here! I found the prices very reasonable and was shocked by the amount of brand name things in amazing quality! Gorgeous coats and outerwear really stood out to me. They also have a really great men’s section. Store is clean and very well organized and maintained. Great savings programs knock a lot off of your total at the cash! Will definitely be back!
There's one lady shes overweight who works there who's rude and always seems mad towards me ..I said excuse me and she said nothing.She sometimes goes in the racks where I'm looking and seems mad...not sure what her problem is ...on July 08/2025 a lady insulted me ,same lady two times .She said do you get senior discount?I said no im not over 60.She said its 55 up .I said im not over 50.I said do I look it ,and she ignored .She had smirk and said have a good day..she did this twice..its rude
I absolutely rave about this shop to everyone I meet. They are clean and extremely organized which makes me buy so many things lol they convinced me never to buy new again!
I've been shopping at this store for 10 ys. Most of the customer service and cashier's are very nice. Even when there's a problem regarding the price or events or exchange, most of the time they resolve it amicably. However there's one member of the store management who is shockingly very rude and manipulative. I had 2similar pants in my purchase that were identical color and everything only different size. The yellow tag was on 50% While the orange one wasnt. I tried to ask for a price match she refused and I was fine since I had a full 50%coupon. So I made the purchase without being told that it was a final sale specialy that nothing said that it was a final sale on the coupon so after I paid I came to realise that. Since I didn't know pripor, I asked kindly if she can remove the one pair of pants that already on a regular 50% off and put it in a different purchase so I can make an exchange since ( the manager / a philipino lady with glasses) didn't mention it was a final sale. The manager lady started to get agitated and flipped claiming that Iam being manipulative and I waist the store time only because I questioned the policy and asked for the possibily of putting exchangeable pants to another purchase to be exchanged if size doen't fit and I honestly was very hurt and insulted cause of the odd behavior of the manger who is a short philipino lady with glasses. I then asked for a higher authority phone number to call and understand what to do in such situations where there's a problem that need to be resolved by the general management like any other decent store. Here the manager went angry and started to accuse me with manipulation, emotional harrassment, and urged me to leave and was also asking me for my personal infos to ban me from entering the store! She even threatened to call the police Infact she picked up the phone talking to somebody exposing my background, looks, weight, what I'm wearing etc. I was so physically tired of all this specialy I'm on a walker and I have a physical disability. There was another lady tall and Caucasian watching what was happening and yet refused even to help in resolving the situation that her co worker initiated. Iwas shocked at how far the lady manager was able to go only because she didn't like me asking for a phone number to talk to a higher management to understand the policy regarding the pants and to complain about how some ppl like this manger would do to resolve some unclear selling problems in such unfair , intimidating and disrespectful behavior. I'm 25 years in Canada and I've never met such a personality who can go that far claiming what she wants just to defer a rightful right of a customer to get more information and to complain about anything. I actually went through the low rating reviews to find out that this behavior was previously used in a different situations with other customers which confirm my complaint. Customers should be treated with more respect, patience and dignity not as filthy as thus. I hope a general company manager or owner who has a higher authority than that manager takes actions to stop such repetitive demeaning behavior.
If I could give this place -5 stars, I WOULD! The customer service is absolutely horrible. They do not care about their customers and the employees are unprofessional, disrespectful, and need more training on how to deal with customers. As a business, please do better.
frequent customer at the store, great items and great staff however I saw the manager, a tall white bigger lady bullying one of the staff. This is not the first time i have seen this happening with her. I have seen her be rude and belittle customers a lot now. Higher management needs to deal with her immediately. will be reporting this as this is now the 6 or 7th time i have seen this happen
Just had 3 amounts put through on our credit card. When the cashier was questioned she refused to help. Wouldn't even give us her managers information. It is the store at 4410 Kingston Rd. In Scarborough.
