Absolutely amazing kitchen. The owner Steve dedicates his life to make sure the businesses that run out of there are successful. He is very strict but trust us when we say he means well. We have been running in here for almost 2 years and we are forever grateful for the growth Kitchen 24 has helped us achieve.
I inquired about renting a space for my mobile food business and the owner and his assistant are quite rude and arrogant. He won't let you finish a sentence before cutting you off. It seems there's a lot of bad business practices going on here. They wanted me to e-transfer them $3000.00 upfront before seeing or signing any contract. Beware of this business that cares about profit over people. I would tread lightly when dealing with them. There are so many other commissary kitchens to rent from, just do your research. I found one the next day. If your first initial call or meeting with these people were off - it's for a reason. Protect your business and always ask for the agreement/contract first before paying anything.
Very rude owner . I booked the kitchen to use the mixer but he has 2 other ‘members’ using the mixer at the same time. Appliances are all subpar. Do not bother booking a spot! You’ll definitely regret it
Met with the owner to discuss renting space for my meal delivery business. Incredibly rude and arrogant guy. The kitchen itself was "meh". Lots of better options in the GTA. Steer clear of this place.
