Ordered on-line in their portal for a self-install. Couple of invoicing/measurement glitches easily fixed by a phone call directly with Peter. Shelves and Slides came in two separate packs within a week. We installed them ourselves after thinking hard about the install instructions and video, which basically covered a two door install and we only had one. All good....relatively easy once you figure it out. And if you don't mind doing the work yourself and have the tools it's certainly doable. Custom made, great quality, even better service! Hard to find good suppliers these days that actually care, but Custom Slide Out Shelves is one of them.
Peter did a marvellous job in giving me the kitchen drawer storage that I desperately needed. I have the most beautiful and functional cutlery drawer ever seen. As well, I now have a total of 5 additional drawers for my pots, pans, small appliances and more. Finally, my kitchen is now truly functional. Peter was so considerate of me and my home through the process.( laid down floor coverings, cleaned up afterwards, etc) His skill was superb and price was excellent. I used Custom Slideout Shelving for the first time and was extremely happy with the service and the product. I live in Ottawa and Peter arranged everything for me from his shop in Toronto. One of his Colleagues in Ottawa came out to the house, took all the measurements and came back and installed everything once my order was ready. Completely hassle free and easy. The product is very high quality with dove tail joints. Overall very happy with Custom Slideout Shelves and would highly recommend them.
Couldn’t be more pleased these pullouts have changed my life. Everything is so easy to find an organize Peter was a delight to work with and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. My pantry shelves were 26 inches deep so only the front was useable under the island I had two large cupboards but these slide outs make them so much more useable
We chose Custom Slideout Shelving because they were able to replace two old upper pullout drawers that were falling apart. We were able to save the faces of the old drawers and attach them to the new slideout drawers. In addition, we had four other slideout drawers installed in lower cabinets. These changes made our kitchen much more functional. Overall, we are very pleased with the fit, finish and installation!
Peter replaced an inconvenient pantry system, in my kitchen, with his slide-out shelves. The walls of pantry were irregular, but Peter took the time to ensure that everything fit properly and functioned well. His work was excellent, he was prompt and pleasant, and his price was very reasonable. The slide-out shelves nearly doubled the amount of useable space in the pantry and make it all much more accessible. I recommend Peter and his team whole-heartedly.
