DHL is not working due to a strike . They affected all the country for NO REASON. Is not the clients that decide that, so why put us having issues with our deliveries? Unacceptable

Worst courier company ever. Do not ship with them. They have hidden fees and recharge the customers extra when shipping from USA to Canada. DHL has no customer service and they don't care about their customers.

Friendly staff; wonderful service. I called them this week to arrange some documents to be sent to the US. DHL Express prices were great for the superb, speedy delivery promised. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and extremely helpful! *5 STARS without a doubt*

    Dear Karim, Sorry about your bad experience. Just want to inform you, We are UPS Store 348 and we are not DHL CENTER and we didn't ship your parcel from USA to Canada. But please don't hesitate and let us know if you need any help.
