I called in and spoke to Ange about my riding lawnmower. I didn't actually bring it in but he was very helpful on the phone and talked me through getting it started on the phone!!! This was on a Sunday where the website said that they're closed. Thank you very much Angelo. He didn't have to that and could've had me bring the machine in and charge me. If I have any more future repairs needed I'll definitely consider Ange!
Dropped off my snowblower and lawnmower for repairs and tune ups. I was very appreciative of how easy it was to schedule a time to drop them off and it only took a day and my machines were ready for pickup Overall could not recommend more! This is the only place I will be bringing my equipment to from now on
I CONTACTED MOBILETEC FOR MULTIPLE ISSUE'S I HAD WITH MY LAWN TRIMMER. WITH THIS PANDEMIC ONGONING, I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO FIND PARTS AND EVEN SOMEONE TO SERVICE MY TRIMMER. I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND MOBILETEC ON GOOGLE TO HELP ME OUT. THE PARTS THAT I NEEDED, WERE COMMON PARTS AND LUCKILY, THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK. I LEFT MY TRIMMER OVERNIGHT, THE FOLLOWING DAY IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP. I ALSO ASKED THEM TO DO A TUNE-UP AS WELL. MY TRIMMER RUNS LIKE NEW ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND AFFORDABLE.
Owner is very rude. I politely requested his assistance to help me take my lawnmower out my vehicle so he could service it and he also refused to help me put it back into the vehicle either. Didn't respect any social distancing protocols at all either. This guy operates his business from his home garage. He collects service fee with HST and don't give an invoice. I was wondering if he remits HST to Government.
