Top to bottom great experience with Kingstairs. The installer, Sina and Hamid, were both punctual, knowledgeable and skilled; they really wanted to do the best work possible and were very detail oriented. They did a great job in working around less than ideal conditions. Will use again on future projects.

We contracted Kingstairs to work on our 3 storey townhouse. I found Kingstairs to be extremely response, helpful, and reasonably priced compared to other vendors. They booked us in about 2 months out, showed up right on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and left our place pretty spotless. They replaced all our handrails and pickets with really solid hardwood and metal. The final product is extremely pretty, and remarkably solid. As a 200lb man, I tried my best to make these move and didn't get the smallest amount of flex, these new railings will definitely stand the test of time. My only regret? Should've gotten them to redo the carpeted stairs to hardwood at the same time!
