I recently ordered their clear stickers (5 different designs) and the colours of all of my stickers were super blown out and not accurate to my artwork files. The blown out colours made the images not as sharp and crisp as they should be and they are lacking contrast. I contacted Sira about the printing issues and they just replied that it's a custom order and the stickers cannot be returned and did not acknowledge or address the printing issues at all. I can tell right away when my home printer is off and needs new ink or a cleaning, so I would think a professional printer would be able to as well. I'll be looking for another sticker printer from now on as I was surprised by the poor customer service on this order. I also know for a fact they hide poor reviews on their website, so don't think they only get glowing reviews over there. The bad ones just aren't published. I should note that I've had good orders with them before, but what's most telling is how they deal with customers when things go wrong and this experience left a very bad impression and made me no longer trust their quality control.
Sira print is my favourite and I plan to order all of my stickers from them for a very long time! I love that they're Ontario-based, their turnaround time is the fastest, and their stickers are super high quality. Huge fan of the die cut stickers in matte.
I ordered few custom cut keychains, and I’M IN LOVE! I used to order from another company which shipping took long and payment method is very limited. With Sira Print, they will send you an email for sizing and approval within few days as promised and their response is very prompt! if you are in Toronto, I would highly recommend to pick up in store or delivered! They packaged my keychains so securely that it would have arrived safely if I had it delivered. Thank you Sira Print for the fast and accurate service!

OH. MY. GOD. Peter constantly goes out of his way to do the absolute best for his customers. I had a bad experience with another company that printed my logo on roll labels; they fell incredibly short... the black and white moon on the logo was super yellow. Peter went above and beyond by hearing me out on my concerns, sending images of my stickers before being laminated, and reached out to inform me when my order shipped as well. He did this all in a very short span of time, too! He offers very reasonable shipping options and has various sales going weekly. I had only ordered die-cut and holographic stickers from SiraPrint prior to this, but now I will be back MANY MORE TIMES to replenish my roll labels for packaging as well. Thank you, Peter!
