I have been ordering take out from this sushi for many years and i really like their food. The last 2 times I have had issues with the lady who answers the phone. She is rude and has no business being in a service industry. Upon picking up my order today I told her that she should work on her telephone manners and never to hang up on a client without saying goodbye. I hope the owners pay attention to this matter.
All staff are rude specially the big guy I’ll do pickup then he want me to get by my self my order without showing somebody if I took that by myself if something happen there they can say that’s me I took something there I think that’s the owner rude very very rude close your store
Umami Sushi is our go-to for sushi. Always fresh and delicious. Easy online ordering. Timely delivery. They do an EXCELLENT job of gluten free, including GF soy sauce, GF stickers making it clear your food was prepared safely. They also have their own GF crunch which is delicious. Their spicy mayo is extra yummy. The tuna, rice and avocado always fresh and yummmmm. Highly recommend. Love the Dragon and edamame.
Great restaurant! Ate here many times, food is consistent and freshly made. Great place to stop by and have a quick meal. Great taste, selection and pricing - highly recommended :)
The sushi is always fresh and very tasty. The service is great. They strive to make their customers happy and satisfied. This is more of a takeout than dine-in but they have a couple of tables if you wish to dine-in.
Since being diagnosed with Celiac, it has been extremely difficult finding places that are understanding of cross contamination during preparation. Umami Sushi is phenomenal at accommodating and knowing exactly what ingredients to substitute out of any dish. When ordering online you can easily state if you have any allergies/dietary restrictions and feel at ease. My dietary restrictions were met on a level like no other. I couldn’t have been any happier with the service, fresh products, and the accommodating atmosphere. Looking forward to ordering many more dishes off the menu!
Very disappointed with the quality of food. Old dried up pieces of fish, dried out rice, and unappetizing presentation. Pieces of bone in almost every slice of sashimi. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for quality sushi for half the price. To the owner: if you see the heading of my review it states “delivery”. But you are correct, we never dined at your restaurant. There is no need to call you to start an argument. I see from your defensive reply that all other 1 star reviews mentioning your subpar customer service have been vindicated. Please work on your the quality of ingredients but most importantly, customer service. You may then see an improvement in your business.
