A wonderful school. Our kids have been in swim lessons with Franks for years and they are strong and competent swimmers who love the water thanks to Franks!
If you are considering this "swim school" for your kid(s), PLEASE DON'T! Children are not adequately supervised!!! My 3.5 son almost drowned on his first day of class with not one, but TWO instructors in the pool. I was talking to the lady about registration when other parents started banging on the windows to alert the "instructors" of what was happening right behind them. Scariest experience of our lives. Judging by other reviews this is not the first time this has happened! Please think twice about using this place!!! Not a reputable swim school at all.
This school put our daughter in grave danger. No staff watching the kids 2 - 5 years old waiting IN the pool for their turn. I would normally skip writing a review rather than write a disparaging review of a local business. However, in this case, since it is an issue of children's safety I feel compelled to review. The management took very little accountability, so I don't trust that much will change. There are lots of great swim schools in the city, skip this one.
