STITCH IT is very professional when it comes to customer satisfaction. A pair of trousers did it well after alterations and it was taken care of without extra pay. Once is your measurement gotten right, it come back with a perfect and neat alteration. Keep it up guys.
Honest, hard working, good price. They did an excellent job of hemming my pants and the stitching is hardly noticeable. All for a good price. I returned a week later with my jacket that had two broken zippers. They fixed it in 2 minutes on the spot for free, when they noticed that the zipper did not need significant repair or replacement.
Got my wool coat tailored here — the shoulders were too broad and the sleeves were too long. They did an amazing job!! The women who helped me were extremely helpful and kind. It took a week to finish. The coat fits perfectly. Would absolutely come here again!
