I had a very pleasant experience, starting with both ladies that I interacted with... very friendly and welcoming. My issue, there was a tear in the lining of the one coat I own, and I needed it repaired before I left the mall. Got it back in less than an hour, and it was so well done, you wouldn't be able to tell there was damage. I couldn't be happier. This is my go-to for repairs going forward
If you are looking for a good customer service and very friendly environment look no further than stitch it. Victoria is very kind and highly knowledgeable. Thank you and God bless.
I’ve been a client of Marilyn’s for about a decade now, visiting her once or twice a year, and every single time she does an absolutely wonderful job. Marilyn is a gem of a woman who puts so much care into her work, and I truly feel she doesn’t get enough appreciation for her skill and dedication. Five stars all the way—thank you, Marilyn, for all your hard work!”

Initially, when I called to receive support to find the store, the lady so so incredibly unhelpful. She spoke to me as if I was bothering her. When I did find the place, I explained how I value customer service and as a first time customer, it would have been helpful if she provide instructions/directions of how to find the place ue. Come downstairs to the food court and walk toward the Bay location and make a left etc. She didn't even bother to provide eye contact with me and looked like she couldn't be bothered. Next, I proceeded to show her a dress that I wanted to be hemed. That wicked lady quoted me $150 to hem a $60 dress!!! Just take that in!!!! Do Not Waste your time visiting this store. They will treat you like crap and then when you charge you three times more than any other alteration place in the area. Customer Beware. Save your time, money and dignity! ChatGPT said: Here’s a polished version of your review — sharp, scathing, and structured for maximum impact: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I visited this store for the first time today, and I can confidently say it will also be my last. From the moment I called for help finding the location, the customer service was appalling. The woman who answered the phone acted as though I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for directions. A little effort — something as simple as, “Come downstairs to the food court, walk toward The Bay, and make a left” — would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with rudeness and indifference. When I arrived, things only got worse. She barely acknowledged me, avoided eye contact, and gave off the clear impression that she couldn’t be bothered to deal with a customer. I then showed her a dress I wanted hemmed. To my shock, she quoted me $150 — for a $60 dress! Yes, you read that right. Triple the cost of the dress itself. Most alteration places in the area charge a fraction of that, but this store seems determined to take advantage of customers. The combination of dismissive service and outrageous pricing is beyond insulting. Do not waste your time or money here. They will treat you poorly and then try to gouge you with absurd fees. Customer beware: save your time, your money, and your dignity — and take your business elsewhere.
Marilyn made my day when she greeted me with a smile and when she introduced herself. I felt welcomed. It shows that she she cares about her customers and passionate about her job I'm coming back again.
Thank you Marilyn for helping me with my alteration over the weekend. I was warmly greeted and she gave good advice on my hemming. Despite how busy it was, she prioritized my request for same day, and completed the hemming beautifully within an hour and a half. I would come again.
Had a wedding to go to and needed suit pants altered asap. Service was quick and professional, done in an hour as promised (for a fee) and am very happy with the stitching job.
