Amazing experience with Edgar Molina (molinasart) This was my first tattoo; he has very patient and explained every step during the process. Would 100% recommend getting a tattoo with him!
I want people to know about my experience with Ink Living Colour because it has been one of the most stressful and disappointing situations I have ever gone through. Six years ago, I paid for a tattoo that had six lines of words dedicated to my daughter who passed away in September 2019. The wording was done wrong, so I had to spend my own money to get it lasered off somewhere else. After the laser removal, I went back to Ink Living Colour to give them a chance to fix what they did. Sam, the owner at the time, said his girlfriend could correct it. The correction made the tattoo even worse. I had to push hard for them to take responsibility and Sam eventually agreed to remove it for no cost. Then the machine broke down, and not long after, Sam passed away. From that point on, everything became a nightmare. Appointments were missed without warning. Emails and calls went unanswered for months. The staff came and went constantly and no one seemed to care enough to follow through. I have never dealt with a business so unprofessional or so unreliable. Sam truly tried to help while he was alive, and I respect that, but the people running things after him showed no concern at all. His brother, who was involved in the business, never once reached out to me or took responsibility for the way I was treated. The last time I spoke with them, they promised me another session at no cost. Shortly after, they emailed me again and said they changed their minds and that the company name was changing. They were no longer willing to help me, even after everything that happened and everything I went through. I thought about taking this to small claims court but finding every receipt after six years would be difficult, and honestly I only need two more sessions to fully remove the damage they caused. So instead, I am choosing to use my voice. I want people to know exactly what happened to me so they can decide for themselves before going there. Losing my daughter was the hardest thing I have ever lived through. Dealing with this tattoo and the broken promises from this business made that grief even harder. I wish I never walked into this place. Even if people see good reviews, that was not my experience at all. My experience with Ink Living Colour was the worst I have had with any business in my entire life. I hope sharing my story helps someone avoid the stress, the pain, and the disappointment I went through.
Decided to walk-in today and get a couple of small tattoos as I'm on the lookout for someone to do a massive project on my entire arm. I have to say, I felt comfortable from the second I arrived. I was able to get Karen to give me 2 little tattoos and they were amazing! From beginning to end, everything went smoothly and I was treated as a friend. I highly recommend this place and they have artists for all types of styles. Give them a go, you will thank me
Went for the first time , appointment set up was smooth . Everyone was so great . I love my tattoo and Karen and Sam were amazing ! I think I found a permenant shop for me :)
I always enjoy going to this tattoo shop because the staff are all exceptionally friendly and the place gives off a good vibe. I had a tattoo done by Abril and one by Karen. Abril: I really loved the detail and colour work of my hummingbird piece. She helped put together my different ideas into a final art piece. It took some time but I appreciated her patience! Karen: I admire the fine lines on the chestnut leaves and branching flowers. I know you are new here just like me, but welcome to Ontario!
I had my first 5 tattoos there and on the same day lol. it was amazing. The atmosphere, the professionalism/ very cool staff. Everything on point. I would recommend it 100 % to anyone who needs a tattoo. Book my guy “Jay” he did my tattoos he is an artist? no cap.
Today I did my first session with the amazing new artist Jay from Ink Living Color Tattoo Studio, I was blew away by how much precision and passion Jay has got in helping to make my lil crazy ink (aka stupid idea) reworks a reality! Can’t say how much I luv my new ink!!!!!Jay is really professional and lovely in person, he is always positive and energetic, loads soul and luv about his works! He said he would work until 4am if that was what required to execute the ink, I would highly recommend him for anything detailed oriented patterns, geometric and even cover tattoos, you just need to talk to him and you would feel it. Ink living color tattoo shop is small, yet the talents in this shop are unreal, you would totally have a fun time here, cuz they treat you like a fam! Luv Sam the owner, who is a legendary music producer and he is super cool! I am coming back for the second session in no time! Much luv Liu
