Courts here are incredibly dirty.. owners are greedy and raised the price $20 in a span of a week, went from $59 to $80, and charge a $250 “cleaning fee” if you forget court shoes when there courts are full of dirt lol. Incredibly noisy here with instructors/kids screaming, ball machines right next to the court and K1 speed go kart noise from next door. People constantly walk on court too. No rescheduling/flexibility ever allowed. Lighting is awful. By far worst tennis “club” and cash grab I’ve ever played in. Played here today and never again can go to other clubs for $30-40 less an hour and cleaner courts with better management.
This place is an absolute hidden gem. The facilities are private, clean, and comfortable, and you can use the space all year long without worrying about weather or seasonal changes. Best of all, there’s no mandatory membership and no sales pressure. It’s a wonderful experience every single time.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at Toronto Xanadu Tennis. I booked a hitting court specifically to use the ball machine, but when we arrived, it wasn’t working at all. We waited and tried to get help, but no staff came to check in or assist us. It wasn’t until we were already leaving that someone finally showed up—way too late to do anything about the situation. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time and money. I won’t be coming back.
Not suitable for tennis beginners! They only provide a very, very small court with expensive price ($100/per hour)—not the large one shown in the photos. Totally not worth it. The management is disorganized, and the staff have a bad attitude.
Been looking forward to its opening and the booking system (no membership required) gives great flexibility if you’re looking for a drop-in practice court. Super clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend coach Robin, super helpful and professional.
Joined the social events organized on every Thursday. Meet some new friends and have wonderful time from 8-12. Extremely high quality ground and everyone is nice.
Great indoor tennis court! No membership required, which makes it super convenient. The court is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The coach is fantastic—really patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Highly recommend for anyone looking to play or improve their game!
