Poor quality camera and repair as well,have to find another store for repair or learn how to fix our self,I feel like scamming a little bit,like a lot of companies around. All in total spent in this store $50000,last year ordered locator showed them which,came different which I have already,I looked Amazon cheaper price around $500 then in the store. I was so disappointed of that but that moment didn’t leave 1*review. Now another story. Got a brand new camera see snake in 2020 paid ar$17500 before tax,was defective camera head they didn’t have another camera or camera head,was waiting a few months for the order,then got another camera head was working for up to 2 years,after the warranty expired got broken,brand new camera head $5000 before tax,also they offer me with the same warranty 18 months rebuild camera head $2300 before tax,and kind of helped me to make decision to buy this rebuilt camera head which 18 months of warranty,used around 3 month transmitter stopped working in camera head,I thought it’s covered by the warranty,they said not it’s different part. $1600 befor tax transmitter,now I have old rebuilt camera head which another part may break and they will be not cover by the warranty. Don’t buy camera see snake RIDGID it’s poor quality.
