I recently used Faroughi Translation Services and was disappointed with their customer service. When I raised concerns about my translation, the staff responded with threats and unprofessional behavior. Attempts to speak with the manager, Leila, were unsuccessful, as she was unavailable. Additionally, the translations appeared to rely on outdated templates, leading to errors that required meticulous review. Since moving to a smaller office, their service quality seems to have declined. I hope they address these issues promptly.
Leila sounds like a pretty amazing guy, and she’s developed quite the relationship with the customer. While we may not have the same type of connection with our customers, we can aspire to be like Leila. Not only did she answer ‘every stupid question,’ she did so with humility. Many of us come to any business or services with a complete lack of knowledge, Sure, we may have done research on our own, but we expect their employees to be the expert, and ICAN teams are very expert That humility and respect will go a long way in the eyes of your customer, especially if they already are insecure about working with your business

Not only did I receive professional and high-quality service for my translation needs, I also found the staff so delightful! For myself, quality work is most important and makes or breaks the decision on whether I will continue to use a business. But when you also have the pleasure of meeting great staff along the way, that give you peace of mind when dealing with your extremely important documents, it's always a bonus!
