Zero stars if possible. Arrived 14 mins early for my appointment, could not access the parking garage or 3 other doors requiring buzzer. The store was closed, phoned in to ask what was going on - "your nurse is late" she arrived at 12:06pm to open the store, while I stood and waited in the rain. No apologies no urgency "it was raining". Fill out the forms while she cannot get me "into a link" apparently I was triple booked with other patients for noon and you don't see a physical nurse, you see a zoom nurse somewhere else. What an absolute joke. Customer service is so poor it doesn't exist. Save your money and time go somewhere else.
Great place, staffs are very kind and informative. Not pushy at all for medication and vaccine. Was able to get my consultation and vaccine both done in one Saturday morning, was super happy about that. The price is good too, was able to get yellow fever vaccine for 100$ cheaper compares to other options. Strongly recommend
We booked four separate appointments online for our family. Just 30 minutes before our scheduled time, we received a call saying they couldn’t accommodate us all at once due to another family being booked at the same time. They said we could still come but might face a long wait, which we couldn’t do because of prior commitments. If the clinic can’t handle multiple bookings, the system shouldn’t allow it. This caused unnecessary stress, and for that reason, I wouldn’t use their service again or recommend it.
SCAM ALERT. This clinic does not operate legitimately with customers. The clinic assistant will mention that the consultancy costs $35 and that if you choose to get a vaccine elsewhere it costs $85. They force you to either pay for a vaccine - even though they will mention there is no charge. The clinic assistant working there will not mention that the consultancy is actually $85 for a 10 minute consultation over a video call. There is no doctor there to speak with directly and they also charge a $39 consultation fee instead of $35 which they advertise until you finish your session. Don’t waste your time here there are much better options.
Great professional place. Prices seem standard, got alot of good information for my trip. They don't try to sell you stuff, they give real advice. Also the vaccine shots we got were very professional, gentle and barely hurt. Everyone was really nice too and very professional.
Be prepared to spend your hard earned $ for a phone conversation with someone who could be anybody. The receptionist said that it was a nurse practioner but I could not say for sure. I think is clear that earning $40/3 min conversation without having to complete medical school is the best career. I am disappointed that the manager Kaur Sukhjeet did not bother to disclose the process. Here is to hope that at leat the vaccine I got was ok
Consultation Doctor wasn’t particularly helpful, insightful, or kind. But more importantly, the Sheppard location isn’t actually open (even though it says it is on Google Maps, their website, etc). Basically stole my $50 as I don’t have time to go to the downtown location and now the next closest clinic is fully booked before I am leaving the country. Yay.
