I had an amazing experience at Somerville. Walked in and was treated with respect, and kindness. Anthony knew what we wanted and took great care and from all that I walked out of there with a vehicle. He was very honest and straightforward about the purchase and a great negotiator. I truly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle, Anthony is the go to guy.
This Hino dealership provides very poor service. Their staff behave unprofessionally, and they do not have the ability to properly perform the required repairs or services. I strongly recommend going to a different Hino location instead.
Bought a truck from this location dealt h with Sergio. The truck had vibration issues on the highway and I reached out to Sergio and nothing was done,I only got excuses and more excuses.Extremely poor service from start to finish.Chris the so called service advisor is extremely RUDE he should not be working with customers at the counter at all..He should be fired&lets not start with the parts department absolutely disgusting, the parts manager is very miserable and clearly unhappy with his job&it defenity shows.Do yourself a favour, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!
I purchased a truck from this dealership in August, dealing directly with Sergio. Since then, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I took possession of the truck, I’ve been plagued by lift gate problems and issues with the dock functionality. Sergio mentioned that there had been a $6,000 repair noted on the paperwork, but he failed to disclose any specifics about what those repairs entailed. When I asked for clarification, he admitted he didn’t know the details. It turns out the dealership had made modifications to the lift gate before selling the truck. Unfortunately, these modifications have caused ongoing problems that have been incredibly costly and time-consuming to resolve. To make matters worse, I discovered that the roof inside the truck is leaking as well—something I only found out after using the vehicle in real-world conditions. The driver side of the door doesn’t lock properly and all the other issues. When I purchased the truck, the odometer read 218,000 km. I’ve driven it only about 6,000 km since then, and despite this limited usage, I’ve been dealing with non-stop mechanical and functional issues. Imagine the frustration of investing in a truck that constantly requires repairs and replacements within just a few months of ownership. After leaving a negative review on Google, the dealership finally responded, but not to offer meaningful help. Instead of taking responsibility or assisting in resolving these issues, I was met with excuses, “ifs,” and “buts,” especially from their mechanic, Chris Burner. While they offered solutions, they made it clear that I would need to pay additional costs to fix the problems stemming from their own modifications and oversight. Their focus is entirely on selling vehicles, not on ensuring a positive customer experience or maintaining relationships. Their inventory is also overpriced compared to the market. For those considering purchasing from this dealership, I strongly advise against it. If you’re reading this review, it’s probably because you’re researching this dealership—something I regret not doing beforehand. My recommendation? Avoid this place altogether and instead consider reputable alternatives like Metro Freightliner, Paramount, or SkyHigh Truck Sales in Oakville (where they often source their trucks). You’ll save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial losses I’ve experienced over the last four months. Buying from this dealership has been a terrible and costly mistake, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I am adding the photos and the videos for you all to have a look at their Crooked Inventory.
Do not buy a new truck from here! Will never buy another! Feels like buying a used truck for 20k vs 170k. Worst decision in my life buying a 2024 Hino L7 from this location, $170,000 worth of crap, and I regret ever stepping foot inside this dealership, so many issues, customer service is next to zero, Make sure to avoid "Morgan" , disaster from start to finish, 1 year later still finding issues daily, too many to list! Received my truck with spray painted body parts, roof leaked 2 times, see latest photo, not sure where the PDI was, how were they able to sell a 2024 brand new truck like this? Pile of Crap. 1 year back and forth and never ending! You can really tell how bad this place is based on the amount of 1 star reviews!
On behalf of partner -driver Mr. Bissim and my self , owner of Irena Transportation Inc. , expenses our sincere appreciation and thanks to your excellent mechanic Mr. (VU) for his excellent service provided us on Jan. 8th.2025 , his knowledge and fast work and for at most his honesty in pin pointing the mechanical issue . I thank him for that . Emanuel Khostanteen Owner / Ceo , Ireland Transportation Inc
Very poor quality service. They answer on each negative review like they are there to talk to you and makes things better. But there are no one who to talk to. Save your time and money. Anyone else would be better than them.
