Scam store, not worth going in at all. Minimum is 5 pounds but it's not advertised. Be aware, you can loose your belongings because they demand you to leave your bags at the front.
Very Rude customer service. Went to find items to resell but unfortunately I had to leave because nothing to find and the staff are just rude. I tried asking questions communicating but in return I was ignored and told that “they were busy”. Oh well
This used to be a place I really liked and visited many times for shopping. The prices used to be reasonable, but now charging $4.99 per pound is not fair at all for clothes of this poor quality. I paid $75 for just one bag of clothes. That’s not fair at all. I won’t be coming here again.
i wanted to get 2 pairs of jeans and i expect it to be around $10-$20 but they wanted me to pay over $30.. 2 items of clothes for $30 is crazy when they're getting these clothes for free. i can get 5 brand new clothes less than $30. Outrageous.
I use to love this place but I have lost that it use to be 1.99 a pound now it’s $4.99 a pound and you need to buy 5 pounds not any less. It was never like that before.
Quality is extremely poor. Visit the thrift by the pound store in Mississauga for a higher quality selection at affordable prices or visit the thrift designer shop next door for better finds. Walked out of the store with nothing.
Maybe the day i went was a good day to go this store because i say it on ig and it looked like new clothing but when i went there this past thursday it look like it was old clothing or used clothing. And the shoes were dirty and used look like i was in salvation army . Like i said mybe its different every other day .
