Frank was amazing. He took the time to understand our needs and gave us solid recommendations for our situation (large church with a fair bit of carpet). Gave us a great price on everything too. Our lead custodian was very happy with our purchases. Would highly recommend!!

My visit here was not a pleasant one. Not much to say, the person working was far from friendly and I left with a bitter feeling of disappointment. Hoping this doesn’t happen often, however looking at bad reviews it seems like it’s a frequent occurrence.
The man that was there was very condescending and horrible attitude. Won't look at you in the face when talking to you. Had my elderly mom with me and same attitude. She needed accessories for her vacuum. I guess if you're not buying big product he doesn't want waste his time. I'm sure there's many other vacuum shops in the GTA.
If I could give no stars I would. Guy on the phone didn't want to discuss anything I had to say. Asked me to put it in an email. I had explained my issue and had a model number of the vacuum and parts on hand. I was looking to purchase a part only. Guy insisted I bring the entire hose to his store to troubleshoot. Very condescending and rude individual. I will let Husky know how this "authorized" dealer treats customers. Be aware and look for a business that actually wants to speak with you without an attitude. Stay away!

There was a some confusion over which model of window vacuum I wanted and what I got, but Anna at AAA Vacuum was very accommodating and willing to help. In the end, I was very happy with the service, and especially the timely manner in which it was shipped.
