I used Digital Treasures June 2023. I’ve been wanting to convert my photos and old videotapes to digital format for sometime. I considered getting my own scanner, but didn’t think this was practical. I discovered digital treasures through online searches and found myself coming back to them when considering this job. I didn’t live too far so I pop by their location to confirm some questions. They are very helpful offering numerous different options for converting prints and whole pages. I was very pleased with my experience. Overall, I found the process to be easy and cost-efficient. Marc K. and his Digital Treasures Team completed a large work order for me ahead of the deadline promised. Not only did they finish the big project a couple of days early . . . but the transfers all look very good. Some of the VHS tapes were from the early 1980’s; and dozens of the Digital 8 tapes were from the mid-1980’s . . . yet Marc’s team (and their equipment) were somehow able to successfully transfer (“save”) every old movie. I will be bringing more media memories to Digital Treasures to be converted. The USB key I received with the movies loaded has easy-to-search access. The same USB stick works seamlessly both on my computers and when inserted in my Samsung TV. Thank you very much for the outstanding customer service!

I used Digital Treasures to get a media transfer from cassette to MP3 audio and a DVD. These cassette tapes were meaningful because they were recordings of my grandmother reading children stories. I always wanted to get another copy and have a way to listen to them. I thought it would be good to gift these to members of my family. I recently decided to surprise my two sisters for their birthdays. I went through my collection of old slides and photos of us as kids and decided to have them digitized and added to digital picture frames. I found Digital Treasures through a photographer and brought my collection to them. Despite the fact that they were in terrible shape, they completed the job and the price was reasonable. Service was outstanding. A staff member even gave me great instructions for using public transportation to get there. It was such an easy process. I made an appointment on line and also received an approximate date of completion. My job was completed early and all my slides and photos were returned intact.
