Disappointing!! Came all the way from Vaughan, even them being the main provider and the supplier for the other locations, no Cheese empanadas available !! Dissatisfied
seriously? everything is in Spanish. how would I know what to order without wasting cashier’s 20 min to explain each item to me? 3 stars because my husband said he liked the meat empanadas. -2 stars because where is English?
What happened to this place? A few years ago it was much better. To begin with, it's a place where you consume but they won’t even let you use the bathroom. The empanadas keep getting smaller, more expensive, and have more potato than meat. And not to mention the ají... it was so watery. I remember the ají used to be delicious. It's so sad that this place has ended up like this. The frozen arepas don’t taste the same as before. It’s also worth mentioning that the service could be better.

Please please do quality control on your products. I went a few weeks ago and tried a few pastries and was left wanting more. I went today and got many more pastries then last time. Sad to say they were nothing like last time. Everything that had cheese was hard. Even like the soft cheese it was dry and crumbly. Others like the palitos de queso were hard. Like eating chewing it was unpleasant… I really was disappointed to spent $70+ and not getting a good product. I will think twice about going here again or ask for a sample prior. You can sell a product that is bad just to save money bc in the long run you are cheating your customers and their loyalty will be taken elsewhere. I’ve seen comments about your other location as well similar to mine and now I understand. Please I really like what you sell when it good. Do better!
