? DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY We replaced our glass patio sliding door with this company last year. At first, everything appeared fine — but the problems started soon after. We recently discovered water leaking from both bottom corners of the door. Black mould has already formed, and there is now a large crack in the frame (see attached photo). We also feel a constant draft in that area, which clearly shows they did not install any proper insulation. What’s most upsetting is the lack of honesty and professionalism. During the initial visit, Alex assured us that the workmanship would be top quality and that we were in good hands. Unfortunately, that turned out to be far from the truth. This company cut corners, and now we’re left dealing with water damage, mold, and the cost of repairs — all because the installation was not done properly. ⭐ Our advice: STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Don’t make the same mistake we did. ⭐
We had 4 windows replaced by the GTA Windows about 1.5 years ago. Igor gave us multiple options which we couldn't even know existed to address some issues we had. It saved us money too. There is no high pressure tactics, just a pure expertise. Eugene is indeed very meticulous and diligent and did a great job. We will definitely reach out for our future windows or doors needs.
I had 4 windows replaced. GTA windows has very good prices and offered/explained the full range of different options for windows and installation methods. Some of my wooden windows had rotted with damages to the frame. Yevgen was meticulous with the details, I am very happy with the quality of the installation. I would highly recommend GTA windows.
