I highly recommend Ali for all your tinting needs. I had my car windows tinted in 2017, and the quality has held up remarkably well. When one of the rear windows started bubbling this summer, Ali promptly honored the lifetime warranty, taking care of it at no cost and with no hassle. Very pleased with my experience and will continue to do businesses with them.
I recently experienced a disappointing incident at this establishment, which I feel compelled to share. Despite travelling for 1 hour to attend my scheduled appointment, I was informed upon arrival that a marketing error had occurred, resulting in an additional 2-hour or more wait. This level of service falls short of expectations, raising concerns about reliability and professionalism. I would caution others to be aware of these potential issues before coming here.
Highly recommended shop for tinting, Ali was very professional and the tint is machine cut specifically for each car and his work quality is top notch. He re did the side window 3 times on his own because it had a small bubble which shows the dedication to his work. The reason for 3 stars is that he quoted a price and after driving down and just before the work started he gave me another price which was 100$ more
On phone he was saying $150+tax but when i went there he said its low quality why are you wasting peoples time by posting an ad for $149 window tinting lifetime warranty… I drove 35 kilometres one side and wasted 3 hours of mine
Worste and very rude customer's service ever. He answered my question rudely and hung up on me.as I have 100% that the 5 stars reviews on this business are all FAKE Review. What a shame! Customers beware!
Texted the owner on how much it would cost to tint my 4 door sedan and was quoted $150 with lifetime warranty. I set a time with him, left work early to meet him. He told me that because if the make of my car, he cannot use the same tint type and has to use a different one for 250$. Bait and switch? He said the first one will fade in a year. I was dumbfounded but offered to meet halfway at $200 and he said no. I left after wasting my time.
