I got my abortion, and i was very nervous. They definitelly dont judge, and are all extremely professional and kind. They make sure you understand the procedures, i felt very secure and calmed. The process was quick, i didnt have to wait too long. I really loved the clinic and their steps to go ahead and do the procedure, thank you so very much!
First of all, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire process even more stressful. You should also understand that the majority of your patients are already going through a difficult time mentally when they seek help from your clinic. Because of this, we expect the staff—especially the ones who first communicate with patients over the phone—to be professional, compassionate, and able to offer comfort. There is absolutely no need to be rude or speak to patients in a disrespectful manner. Second, I experienced severe pain during the surgical procedure. It genuinely felt they were scraping inside, and I was fully aware of the discomfort the entire time. Third, the IV that was inserted into my hand left a large, dark bruise that spread across my whole hand. It is painful, and the bruising looks alarming. Overall, the experience was very upsetting and far from what I expected in terms of care and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so no other patient has to go through the same situation.
Although they can be welcoming and nice unfortunately that's not enough. I've been here multiple times and I have been dismissed more than once. I went in with a issue and I got told it was normal and it'll go away every single time. I had 3 @bortions and for the last 2 I had selected in the chart that I would like to talk to someone about it. NOBODY talked to me. One of the main doctors was so rude, and not professional, when I went for a check up and it was time for the ultrasound, the machine had to go inside. When it was time to begin the doctor gave me NO WARNING at all, she simply applied the lube and went in. It felt violating, she didn't say okay I'm gonna touch you I'm LITERALLY GOING INSIDE YOU RIGHT NOW. I just wanna say I have never felt so unsafe in a all women setting than here. It wasn't until I changed clinics that my irritation issue was resolved. I dealt with it for more than a year and all it took was a good consultation and a 15 day topical cream treatment. I cried when I finally received my treatment because it had been painful, irritated, and uncomfortable for so long. I'm never coming back to this clinic Safer6 is better Or Toronto public health
The front desk reception was so impatient, does not listen and cuts you off every moment. I couldn’t even ask a single question without be spoken over. Made me very uncomfortable and chose not to continue booking
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I have a 10:45 am appointment and wasn’t seen until 230pm… I was told it would be 5 mins but ended up waiting over an hour +. The staff is nice but the process and waiting time is ridiculous…it’s worse than some walk in clinics I’ve been to. Do not recommend this place AG ALL
If there is an option to give 0 stars I would have given that. My pregnancy was terminated and went to them for D&C procedure. They were pathetic with the wait timings, in human and deal you as an animals. People in the operation area are completely ruthless and most pathetic people I can say about. They make you wait till 4 hrs. One of the worst inhuman place. They did the procedure with local medication and I had bad pain during procedure. They did my procedure without doing any ultrasound. This is a lesson will always go to place who have good rating.
i’ve been wanting to consult with a doctor about issues and concerns that i’ve had and i was told about this clinic specifically because i heard and read the services that u guys offer consolidations for like contraceptions, safe sex, etc. i called the clinic as soon as they opened, a lady answered the phone and i told her ive been having concerns, i wasn’t able to tell her my concerns because she cut me off while i was talking and said “this is an abortion clinic. have a good day” overall the lady on the phone was not helpful and could have been more nice on the phone.
