Very disappointed with the customer service at Unique Providers. They tried to upsell extra services on top of the agreed price, clearly taking advantage of the situation, and when we complained, they didn’t make it right. No real ownership, no proper resolution.
Good service provided. Technician took time to share what he was doing along the way and showed photos of before and after conditions of the ducts. Good job!
I recently had Comfort Clean team at my place at one of my properties in Markham, Ontario, for duct and dryer vent cleaning. The staff was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend them.
This is not a review of any services provided but rather the incredibly unprofessional manner in which the company operated, at least in our case. We had a service scheduled for Thursday at 2pm. We get a call from the company asking to move it to 4pm. We agreed. We then kept getting delay after delay ultimately needing to reschedule to Saturday at 3:30pm. We informed the company we had plans in the evening and we really needed to ensure we got serviced on time. Well unsurprisingly 3:45pm comes, and no techs. I then call the company who tell me it'll be another hour! They didn't even have the professionalism to call us in advance. I cannot comment on their abilities as duct cleaners, but as a business, they failed miserably. Super disappointed with my experience and I would never suggest using these guys.
I used them for duct cleaning for my home for the first time. It's fairly a larger home and 2 people came and did a good job. They were knowledgeable and thorough with the cleaning. They drilled holes all over the ducts in the basement because ours is not yet built and you can see the ducts. The ducts were sealed up well. I have had no issues. I saw before and after pictures. I would recommend them for duct cleaning. They took responsibility and were accountable for all that they did while they were in my home. I also recommend you ask questions before you use anyone. But, they answered all of my questions and were always available to address any concerns I had.
Left vents bent, moved several items and did not replace items, damaged our furnace overflow drain. We called in, and nobody responded. Our furnace has been leaking since they completed their job! They are only there to get money. They do not care about providing quality service!
Excellent work by highly competent people. They answered all my resident duct cleaning questions and concerns. They took care of the furnace cleaning in spite of some challenges in my home design. Nothing was left unchecked and resolved. I recommend them for anyone who needs air duct cleaning services.
