I was craving papaitan, but when my order arrived it wasn’t hot, had no sourness, and barely any bitterness. In short, I was so annoyed. Cravings denied, and my house is far too—so it was even more frustrating.
The total came out $31.08 that was printed out. But they charge an extra $4 and $83 cents. Yung papa ko, didn't even press any tip %, and this happened? Is there a hidden tip charge scheme or just a mistake? I told him to go back, but the 7 bus was already here. Please fix these types of problems before they happen to others and lower your reputation. Ps: It's fine $4 lang, but as a business? I don't know... I would've lowered it to 1-2 stars, but... *Shrug* Improve and thrive, guys...
Came here for lunch for the first time, the food was pretty good. We ordered two combos of laing and bopis with the liempo on side which were all good and the staff were friendly too. They only have a few tables for dining.
Staff’s were very kind and jolly. Food was really good for the price.The portions are the best out of all the filipino restaurants i’ve tried around the area.
Stop charging more at the register than what the sign says! You already reduced portion sizes, and now even the rice is smaller. Get a ladder and fix your posted prices. This is very deceptive and an insult to your customers. Over 15$ before tax for a 3 combo is no longer worth it. Many other places I'd rather go
I ordered a combo 1, came home and then there was five hair on our food. That’s disgusting, wear a hairnet smh. If I had a chance to give zero stars, I would. I have a picture of it, but it won’t let me upload it. I ordered a combo 1, rice with beef kaldereta and the fried chicken combo 1.
Update 2025: I saw all the positive reviews and gave it another chance. I ordered the laing and some fried chicken as they are difficult to mess up. The laing was borderline spoiled again and the fried chicken looked to be twice fried (aka old). Not to mention how bloody expensive it is, but who in their right mind would charge upwards of $20 for some food that has been sitting out on a hot plate for hours? This place still sucks and it looks like all the good reviews are from the staff and their friends lol. Original review: Looks like they deleted all the negative reviews. Instead of deleting negative reviews, fix your staff's attitude and actually cook fresh food. Don't serve the public garbage. The workers are incredibly rude. There were many times I have recieved such rude service when asking for simple things such as "what is your speciality today". The last few times I bought food here, it was spoiled within an hour of bringing it home. They often reuse old barbeque in their pinakbet, this is often Spoiled as well. It gave me food poisoning. You should be ashamed of yourselves for posting fake positive reviews. You were at 2.9 stars. That rating was a result of YEARS of bad reviews and bad food. Do yourself a favour and close.
