No one was rude but I approached some one with in the company, name withheld, about purchasing the last few food items he had just before they close for restocking or whatever they do. The item is priced at two dollars. I had just been in that location and had purchased said item at this price. I explained to ***** that I would like to purchase what is left, he did not even want to hear my price but instead told me that he has a GUY who takes his left over stock for 4 dollars per item. Now here is where I am confused, why would you sell the item in your store for 2 dollars and only after it does not sell, you then sell it to your GUY for 4 dollars. or maybe you just did not want to sell to a me. Not sure why. Did not even give a small business women who is just starting out, a chance to make an offer.********************* WOW now you insult me. I never insulted you or your company. I stated all the facts in our interactions. You never let me know make an offer. You never asked me for an offer. You NEVER said no to me because I never offered anything. BUT I CAN SEE HOW YOU TREAT OTHER PEOPLE IN BUSINESS. YOU SAY LIES AND TRY TO MAKE THEM LOOK BAD. but I will not let it bother me , I will just let any one I talk to about how you treated me. The website forces you to make an account and link your credit card just to search what they have for auction. Pushes customers away before they even see any items
Had many positive experiences. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Recently purchased 2 mystery box’s. Bit of a gamble, to see what the mystery is all about. On the boxes they claimed the retail value was over 1k and 1.2k. With manifests. How can I lose for under 100 each? Sorry to say that the mystery boxes were nowhere near the stated value. I figure maybe 200 dollars max. Really junky stuff too. Most are opened and some used products. Even opened disposable diapers with some missing (really)I know i get what I get and don’t get upset. Mystery boxes could be fun, please include manifest if you advertise it. And be clear as to the retail value of the box. New or used too. I was disappointed and felt somewhat misled.
today, october 30th, I traveled from Woodstock to Toronto to pick up a couple of cameras that I bought at the last auction, but I paid for them and they gave me only 1 camera and at the Auction there was 2, so you just returned the money to me and apologized !!! I drove 1 hour 40 minutes, I spent my time on the weekend, I told my son that I would give him the cameras as a gift, I spent gas and after all that you said sorry? I will never recommend you to anyone again, this is a shame, you should never do this, an apology does not pay the full price I paid, I am completely disappointed with this Auction. I do not recommend this auction to anyone! Not deliver what they promise.
I’ve noticed that every time I bid for multiple items I am outbid and it’s fishy that when they notice you want the item badly someone is bidding over and over to increase the cost! Pay close attention everyone to this company! Don’t be fooled but the increasing bids, besides it’s not always great deals!
