Called on a Monday to ask some questions regarding my Elantra N and getting some stuff installed. Man who answered the phone didn’t even let me finish my first sentenced before cutting me off and telling me to “hold my horses” after angerly cutting me off he proceeded to tell me the guy who knows about that stuff wasn’t in until Wednesday, then immediately hanging up on me. I completely understand if you aren’t the person to speak with in regards to something, however as someone who was referred this place and has never been; this was a horrible representation and will now be finding a different shop to get the work done on my car. If it is your job to pick up the phone then you need to have some sort of understanding on how to talk to a customer who is giving you business. Very disappointed as I have heard great things about this place. Not a good start for a new customer!

I cannot say enough good things about Marc Anthony and this family-run shop. I took my 2019 Veloster N to a dealership when my steering seized unexpectedly one day. The dealership quoted me $6700 to replace the entire MDPS assembly. I found Performance Auto through reviews and online forums and I am so thankful I did! Marc Anthony is a true mechanic who is interested in finding out the cause of a problem, not just replacing a part. He was able to correctly diagnose the problem which was repairable and cost me 1/3 of what the dealership had quoted me. If you have a Hyundai or any other vehicle, I highly recommend you visit this shop. They will have a customer for life in me.
Marc took the time to explain everything in detail beforehand. He treated the car like his own, working with great care and attention. I left very happy with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone.
I brought in my Genesis G70. For five months, I was dealing with a rich condition. The car was running fine and after taking it to different mechanics, I wasn't able to solve the core issue and the problem kept coming back. I took it to Marc and told him what was going on. He took his time diagnosing, testing and answering all my questions. He fixed my check engine light code, and it's been almost 500km with no issues! He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Even if you have to pay more, do not waste your time with other mechanics. If you have Korean cars, this is the place you need to go to.

Mark and his dad Frank are the absolute best in the game. Don’t waste their time if you aren’t willing to pay because these two guys do honest and diligent work. Their results always show that they don’t cut corners. If you don’t care about your car then take it somewhere else, if you do, then leave your car with these two.
