I want to rate 0 star. The old female staff was very rude to me and my daughter when we politely asked about the promotion on their ads. Your bad mood is not an excuse for being rude to your customers. I definitely won’t let my family and friends go to this store anymore.
The food was mediocre, though the drinks were quite good. However, numerous beverage items listed on the menu were unavailable, yet the counter staff only informed us a handful could be ordered without explaining why. The service was dreadful, with excessively long wait times – I spent nearly an hour waiting for a single drink. The staff showed no remorse whatsoever. Internal operations seemed poorly organised; despite having four or five staff members, none could clarify what had been delivered or not when we enquired about our order. An utterly dreadful experience.
a week ago I got 2 cheesecakes for $56 with tax. I went yesterday to buy one and they said it's $30. The prices somehow keep changing everytime we go there. Also, the cook doesn't wear gloves when getting food ready.

I walked in with my child, carrying a cake and several bags in both hands. My daughter quickly sat down on a chair, and I placed the items on the chair next to her. I was tired and simply said to the staff: “I’m not buying right now, just want to sit for one minutes.” Instead of responding politely, the staff member immediately became rude and impatient, and told us to leave right away. There was no empathy, no understanding — just a harsh tone toward a mother struggling with full hands and a child. I wasn’t causing any inconvenience or occupying the space for long. I was literally asking for one minutes to settle down. The way she treated us made me feel extremely embarrassed, disrespected, and hurt. I left the store feeling shaken and in tears. This is not how customers, especially parents with children, should be treated. During my visit, the staff member Jessca spoke to me in an extremely impatient and disrespectful tone. I was carrying several bags and a cake with my child beside me. I simply asked to sit for one minute, yet Jessca immediately raised her voice and ordered us to leave. I later learned the store manager is Tina Chen, who has also not responded to any messages or concerns regarding this incident. This situation raises serious concerns about customer service standards and how parents with minors are treated at this location. The complete lack of follow-up from both the staff and management is alarming. I am documenting this publicly to ensure other customers — especially families — are aware of the experience at this store.
The customer service was outstanding, and the hot food—especially the breakfast—was amazing. The eggs were cooked perfectly: light, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to stop in for a delicious bite to eat.
I tried the pancakes they’re incredibly soft, fluffy, and literally melt in your mouth! However, they do have a strong eggy smell, probably from the egg whites that make them so airy. Also, the whipped cream portion felt a bit small for two pancakes. Overall, it was a nice experience to try once!
The fluffy pancake restaurant in Midtown is now closed, so we decided to come here instead. We had the matcha Tiramisu Pancake and the Cookies & Cream Pancake, and both were absolutely delicious. They were soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. However, be prepared to wait a bit as it takes some time for them to prepare the pancakes. Overall, it was worth the wait! ふわふわパンケーキのミッドタウンにあった店舗が閉店してしまったのでらこちらに来ました。抹茶ティラミスパンケーキとクッキーアンドクリームパンケーキを食べましたがどちらもとてもおいしかったです。ふわふわでちょうど良い甘さでした。注文してから出来上がるまで割と時間がかかりますが仕方ないですね。
