Needed to get rid of smoking smell in a car driven by a heavy smoker for years. Tried many things - started with interior steam cleaning and ozone treatment, but neither worked. Then I did an HVAC flush and cabin air filter change, which helped but the tar deposit in the interior trim and fabric is still emitting smoke smell. I decided to try the Bio Bomb treatment Nathan offered, and it worked perfectly - now the car smells fresh, and I don't sense any remaining trace of smoke smell any more. Nathan was friendly, professional and patient throughout the process. We talked about products and procedures as I also do some light detailing on my car, and he demonstrated deep knowledge of this industry. I feel completely comfortable trusting him with my cars going forward.
