Don’t do business with this company. They’re gonna say that this is fake but how would I know who Andrew Noman is and why would I write a review if I didn’t do business with them? They will also comment on this review that this is slander, but really I’m just reviewing my experience with this company to help others looking to trade in their vehicle and it’s an honest review as all of my reviews are honest. They sold me a truck that was clearly not safe-tied or certified. It had a broken rear tail light, and both blinkers on the rear are out. That would never pass a safety. The AC doesnt work, it needs a new compressor, I won’t get into other details about the truck that needs work. Get everything in writing as they promised me $2000 and lied and when I let them know all my phone calls are recorded they said this conversation is over and hung up on me. When I asked about the $2000 that they promised they said if that’s what you have set up with Andrew you have to figure that out with him later. I knew right then and there once I signed I wouldn’t see any money. They’ll literally say anything over the phone to get your business. What goes around comes around
After my last review and several discussions with Shawn (sales) and Marco, I will be there first to admit I was wrong, there are some situations that currently still need to be rectified but after the staff changes and improvements that have been done at their company, they are not the same company, the customer service is beyond measure, Shawn and Marco have been great to work with recently and I hope it continues, Thank you Shawn and Marco for taking the time to speak and work with me..
