Horrible service. Claim they can help with current car loan. Fill out their form, ding my credit and then just stop responding. Not impressed, not forthcoming and after I filled out their form they said there was nothing they could do for me even though they were fully informed of everything before they dinged my credit. Tried to follow up with them for over a week and they just ignored me.
