I went to shop yesterday and I talked to lady who works at the front desk about the alignment also fix control arm. She said if I leave my car in the morning I can get it back same day. And today I left my car before 11 am and the lady wasn't there. I wait 10 min in the office but no body come to ask me do I need anything. I had to open the garaj door and called someone that If any body works at the front door. Then they sent me a guy and he just take my name and phone number he didint even write anything about my car problem. He said we will call you when is ready. I said it has to be done today he said it will be. Around 2 pm when I go to shop check how is going my car was still where I left. I went inside asked to guy when are you going to take my car inside, he said they are busy right now they have 2 cars and only 2 mechanics it may not finish today. If you cannot be done same day why do u waste my time then. I could go somewhere else. I don't have time until next week and I thought I could fix my car today. I got my car back without touching. And also I didint like their attitude. They were rude. With my experience I don't recommend to go there
Absolutely the WORST muffler shop experience I have ever had! If you care about your car, do NOT come here. I brought my 2015 Sonata in for what should have been a simple muffler replacement l. It had a visible hole that made the car a bit louder. I clearly told them I wanted the exact same make and model muffler that came with my car. When I picked it up, the car was way louder than before the repair! The repair guy was really nice the first time and helped in checking for issues with the new muffler. When I brought it back, the attendant nonchalantly said it was “OEM” and that “it just looks different.” The attitude was terribly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I asked about the excessive noise, they shrugged and said they had checked, there was “no leak” and “nothing they could do.” Oh, and apparently, no refunds, no returns, they can’t even give back the original that was removed because it’s been picked up by a scrap collector. This place took my money and left me with a worse problem than I started with. I’ve never felt so disrespected or ripped off by a shop. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!
this guys are ripoff over charge they don’t know nothing about cars i took my car for alignment he try to change parts on my car witch it didn’t need i he charge me $70 for nothing to took it to other alignment shop fixed for $80 no parts need it watch this place before you go there make shore shop around they no customer they try to rip pieople off
This place is amazing and did a wonderful job fixing my ride in a pinch. After receiving an oil change somewhere else failed to check the seal and make sure it wasn't broken. I had to pull off the hwy as my car was smoking. This place helped me out even sent me photos and ensured my ride was safe before allowing it back on the road!! Great place to go!!!
Worst experience ever two times went there, in a same field i needed help, employees were willing to help but manager told him no ,eventhough may be 5 min work. I really felt bad .
Great local mechanic shop! Disho and the team are super awesome and accommodating. The facilities are modern, the location is great, and the staff as a whole are extremely professional and helpful.
Got an exhaust flex pipe changed here. Maria and Abe are friendly and run a good shop.The repair was done fast and done good with a fair price. Got another repair done today,Abe and Maria were not here , but George is running it the same, upfront and honest fair SHOP, were you get repairs and excellent exhaust work done. Thanks Guy's *****
