Came close to closing for a second opinion regarding a potential issue with my car. They confirmed the issue and offered to do the repair even on such short notice. Repair took under an hour which was much faster than anticipated. Very friendly and communicative people, they even turned down a tip for the inconvenience. Excellent work, very reasonable pricing, and great people. Highly recommend!

Wasted my entire morning. Called yesterday 2x asking for a early safety. They said yes as long as youre here at 9. Showed up at 9 wait 10min with no one even saying hello just to be told the guy isnt now coming till 10 and they only spoke to me because they wanted me to move my car since there is literally 0 parking. Ok drive around get coffee im already a bit annoyed. Show back up and for another 10min no ones talking to me they all just talk to eachother in another language like im not even there. Then he asks me if im running late and i said yea so whats going on. He turns around goes back on his phone. I turned around and said forget it ill go somewhere else. Dont bother wasting your time negative -1000 customer service experience
Was referred from a friend to come here for safety certification. Very impressed by the service honesty reasonable prices and friendly environment. Definitely will come back for all car repairs from now on. Recommend others as well.
Came by with a new car for a safety due to reviews and met with Zaib — he was super friendly, knowledgeable and has great advice. My appointment ran late but Zaib took the time after hours to see me and go over what needed to be done for a safety. He was very transparent and provided good communication with everything that needed to be done. It did take a few days longer than expected for me to get the vehicle back, but he’s understandably a busy mechanic. Despite that, I appreciated the work he did and advice he provided while going through the inspection with me. Zaib has a well-deserved reputation as reliable, trustworthy and fair mechanic and I’m definitely looking forward to doing business with Urgent Care Auto again.
