Great food. Healthy, delicious and really effective at helping me meet my nutrition goals. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Protein Chefs.
Portions were very generous (overwhelming for me but my husband is satisfied) and appreciate the variety of vegetables, apparent freshness, and the team’s flexibility with dietary restrictions and adjusting sizes. Wish the online ordering system for managing subscriptions, etc. was more intuitive as the experience of confirming items weekly is not seamless and can be frustrating. Packaging also not oven-safe. That said, because the quality is high, both are not deal-breakers and we keep coming back!
Was pretty disappointed with my order after doing extensive research and settling on this service to try out due to positive reviews. Ordering was confusing (could not find explicit details differentiating between the different meal labels). Delivery fees were not included and not indicated anywhere prior to the final order screen. I paid for an ice pack expecting my order to arrive between 5 and 9:30pm (decided by them, not me) but it arrived before 4pm when I was home so I could've skipped it. Also do not like the idea of having to pay for my own ice? 1 of my 6 sealed meals arrived all puffed up which could indicate bacteria and I had no interest in gambling with food poisoning so I ended up with only 5 edible meals. The meals themselves were okay - they were already pretty low cal for the price paid and dry on top of that. I did quite like the rose spaghetti though (probably because it had a sauce). Unfortunately after this experience I will not be ordering again
I’ve been ordering Protein Chefs for a long time now and they have always provided good, quality meals that are worth the price and help me to keep my health and weight goals on track.
I highly recommend Protein Chefs if you are counting macros, an athlete or just busy and trying to eat healthy. It is definitely the best tasting delivery service I have ever tried. I especially love their protein deserts. Highly recommend!
food is great except it feels as if we are eating the same thing over and over. We find we are not getting enough protein and there doesn't seem to be an option to order extra protein. the quantity and quality of vegetables is great. Many thanks for this service.
I have been ordering meals from Protein Chefs for just under two months and I am very happy with their meals and service. I had two issues with my order and they resolved them in a timley fashion. Deliver to my home safely and have a points program where you can earn points to get money off your orders. There are other meal prep places that are good too, but by far; Protein Chefs is my number choice.
