I ordered a 6pc wings’ combo. I was surprised to find how tiny and dry the wings are! Nothing about good taste here. Never got this kind of experience in other Popeyes!
Good morning last night my family went into your restaurant, it was a horrible experience, first there was about people in there then there was people coming in to pick up delivery. The ladies in front but then there were 2 managers just gossiping not even helping in the front . First thing is the chicken was hard and like it was cooked in old oil , also like it was sitting out for a while the fries we ordered was 12 strings of potatoes and yes I counted it. When we reached home we look at the food we got and was not pleased we had no choice because we were hungry it was tasteless. If I could of given 0 stars I would of done it.
Ordered a chicken sandwich and it took 15 mins when the store was nearly empty (2 other costumers). The tables were all dirty and staff were too lazy too clean it. I accidentally dropped half my sandwich and the worker didn’t even bother to make another one. Other stores usually make it for you again if you drop your food. Will no longer come back here.
Cashier Fida was so dumb. She had me waiting for my food for 20 minutes. Then I finally went up to the counter and asked how long do I still have to wait. She said “i don’t have your order” when i literally ordered 20 minutes ago. I had to gave her my receipt just for her to make my food. She’s very slow and unresponsive whenever I order my food here. It would be a lot better if the employee named Fida is to be removed and replaced by a better one.
my experience is so different each time that it's confusing? Poutine tasted good, was served soft and hot. Employees retrieved a missing item in my order upon me pointing it out. Other times, I ordered a mac n cheese and it came cold, with little to no flavour.
