I contacted them in November and their voice-mail said their on holidays until December 9th. I call again on December 9th and the voice-mail says it's extended to the 11th of December. I call on the 11th and it says to text a number and I did so and didn't get any response. I would email but what's the point I'm not chasing anyone so I can spend my money. These people obviously have no clue how to run a business and I'll be going elsewhere where can I get some transparency and not have my time wasted.
Went here for help on building my first gaming pc in budget and Esi was extremely helpful and honest. The pc turned out amazing and runs extremely smooth.

This place is awesome and its almost criminal how easy it is to miss this shop. I wanted to build a pc with the parts I bought and he helped me decide on some that were cost efficient without giving up performance. He excels at cable management and gives you the honest truth with any issues your build might face long term with his vast wealth of experience. Hes patient and ive seen first hand how he handles customers regardless of their technological proficiency.
He was incredibly kind and solved my problem in just one day Even though my card had a low limit and the payment process was a bit tricky, he patiently helped me try again. I’ll definitely come back here if I ever have another issue. Highly recommend this place for any Mac users!
I've been to Electron twice, and both time I've had good experience: - First was when my Surface Pro's keyboard was not working. Esi diagnosed that the connecting port was damaged (by water splash) but since the computer itself still worked well, he advised to use bluetooth keyboard. The diagnostic was free of charge since I didn't pursue to fix the port. - Second was when the same Surface Pro started to suddenly glitching and not turning on properly after shut down, which I later found out and assumed the possible cause to be one of Windows 11 update in August. Esi helped me reinstall Windows 11 on my Surface Pro and it's been working fine again since; he also gave me the opportunity to copy over some important data recovered before he reinstalled Windows 11. Overall, I really recommend the Electron. The service was efficient and quick for a reasonable price (they have 10% discount for students), and Esi was friendly and very helpful.
Called them multiple timesthey never replied back. The voicemail is always full. Even send text messages that bounced back too. I just live few blocks away.
