I have used Martins services twice now. Very responsive and good guy to deal with. First time was a motherboard and second was a battery issue. Would recommend his repair services.
I had my laptop screen replaced. It was probably an easy fix for him, but as a person who is not a tech savvy, I really appreciated that he was very quick to respond, and clear and easy to communicate. My laptop was fixed fairly quickly and the screen is beautiful now. Also, the convenience store staff who handled the repair orders and payments for him are very nice people. I felt comfortable enough to leave my laptop. I think how he does the business is clever. I would recommend for sure.
I asked him to check and fix the dead spot on my laptop screen. I also requested a screen replacement if a dead spot was found. He performed a touchscreen test, which appeared fine, and sent me a video as proof that the screen was working properly. However, when I received the repaired laptop, the issue was still there. It turns out he didn't test the area with the dead spot and avoided it in the video.
I had a somewhat more confusing issue with my Lenovo laptop powering off while physically moving it. But even with a bit of delay on diagnosing the issue due to the nature of the problem, it was still fixed within three days. I was somewhat concerned with the time it might take considering I was dropping and picking it up from a secondary location, but within only a couple hours or less of finishing repairs, it was already available to be picked up. Communication was mostly over email and text, and with no in-person meetings, which might not be ideal for everyone, but for me that worked out quite well, as I usually prefer textual communications, and Martin was always fairly quick to respond.
I want to express my gratitude to the service center for the excellent and fast work! Addressed the problem of overheating the laptop, the guys promptly carried out diagnostics, replaced the fan and performed full maintenance - cleaned the cooling system and replaced the thermal paste. Now the laptop works quietly and without overheating. The work was done professionally, quickly and at a reasonable price. Excellent service, I recommend!

Superb laptop repair service! Martin is very responsive, professional and timely. I recently had a keyboard replacement completed on my HP laptop.
