We (Toronto Garlic Festival) have been working with 1Courrier for more than 2 years. They are reliable, have not missed a pick up or delivery. And they go out of their way to contact us when there is an issue getting a package dropped off, unlike some big delivery companies!

Extremely reliable and speedy service! I booked a pickup and drop-off service last minute and was hoping that the items could be picked up within a certain time frame and they were able to accommodate my request immediately! I said that I'm flexible with the drop-off time but they literally delivered my items way earlier than expected! The courier was super courteous as well and he even helped drop everything off by the door! As a first time user who stumbled upon this service I have to say I'm extremely satisfied as I was a bit hesitant about using Uber courier as I was worried they wouldn't be willing to pick up so many items.
Picked up and delivered ontime as promised. Customer service was beyond what I have ever experienced. Price was very competative and they solved my issue with an Amazon return.
Exceptional service and rates! The drivers have always been so polite and kind, and whenever I've called the office with a question, I've received a prompt and courteous response. I use to mail out client material, but then I discovered 1Courier during a previous postal strike. Not only is it less expensive than Canada Post (within the GTA) - but it also gets there next day before 5pm! I've also used their same day service with very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
United messenger quoted me $80, Uber was $50-60 and Courier 1 was $37 from Mississauga to Toronto. I was concerned that would be scammed but i got my package. I called the line twice and someone answered the phone. Overall good experience.
