My shipment address was wrong, I have invoice with right address but DHL add wrong address for shipping label.when I noticed online I called 4 times & still not fixed & still showing wrong information. My 1st complaint also closed without fixing issue. Customer service representative is very rude & not ready to listen to customer. I called 4 time & 1& 2 times not worth & they told me they going to help but not. 3rd & 4th attempt worst then before even they didn’t want to take complaint & 4th person hang the phone.now I don’t know what to do. My shipment still with DHL
Lying about delivering the package while we're here at the store with doors wide open saying " the store is closed" is insane. I just emailed my supplier, If they ever send a package to me with DHL I will cancel all my orders.
Dhl delivered my parcel to wrong address and insist that it was delivered to me! Delivery facility that claim it was delivered is 2hours away from me which does not make sense when the usual dhl facility for me is 30mins away! They claim to have proof of delivery but very conveniently forget to send to me on request! My security camera also did not detect any package being left on my porch. But dhl still insist it was delivered to my address! But do not provide any proof of delivery! Very poor service! Definitely to avoid! Scammers!
Today morning i got an email from DHL that my courier is out for delivery and after some time i got another mail that delivery attemp could not be completed. Also there are three pieces in my courier and they pick only one piece for delivery, such a terrible team work they had done. The whole passed and I didn’t get any updates regarding my courier. Having said that I called them so many time even they didn’t picked up the calls and i was almost half an hour on line but no one responded. Such a ridiculous service have provided to thier clients.
Not specific to this location, but rather the entire DHL corporation as a whole. This is without doubt the utterly slowest courier service that exists anywhere on the face of this Earth. If you thought CanadaPost was bad, think again. Edit: Good I hope the negative review affects your location, your company is the bottom of the barrel lowest tier courier in the world and you should feel incredible shame for representing it.
I wanted to ship something to Iran fast and i happen to find this store in my area.the staff of this location were really helpful and knowledgeable. They are the only DHL retailer in our area and also they speak farsi and turkish as well, which was a plus. They also will give you different options with different couriers shipping intentionally/ domestic such as TNT, DHL, UPS and Loomis express. Will definitely go back again. Great customer service .
