Dr. Nasim, Elisabeth, and the hygienist were all fantastic! The whole team made me feel comfortable from the start, and they did excellent work—my teeth look much nicer than before. My mother, kids, and I used this dentist for years. Lately it's been nothing but problems. I don't recommend them and am going to look for a new dentist. My kids are 9 and 5 and have been with this dentist using Healthy Smiles their whole lives. They had an appointment scheduled in a week for a cleaning, but when I called to push it back a few weeks the dental office suddenly announced that they won't accept the Healthy Smiles coverage anymore. I have also had a minor cavity on one of my molars that was found the first week in February. The dentist called and cancelled my appointment to look at it which was scheduled for the Saturday of Family Day weekend and instead told me I needed an endodontist but wouldn't explain why and wouldn't actually refer me to one. I was instead told that I had to find my own endodontist (my previous dentist ALWAYS referred me to one). I did end up finding one but the endodontist was as confused as I was and had to contact Smiles on Don Mills to figure out what was going on and get the referral. The entire process has taken months and now it's April 26 and no one has looked at the tooth yet. I don't recommend this dentist.
Super rude receptionist. I asked about my concerns and she answers like talking to her costa money for each second. Made me so uncomfortable, had to leave on moment.
New patient on smiles. I am very impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff. The Reception group are very caring and Pro-active with all patients, reminding patients about appointments times and verifying that everything is in order for appointments. I am also very impressed and happy to have a very, thorough and detailed oriented Hygienist (VERY PROFESSIONAL). And I am lucky to have Dr. Oktaei with her excellent skills, professionalism and leadership.
I’ve been scared of dentistry my whole life and was welcomed with open arms. I now referred all of my family to attend smiles and they’ve been nothing but satisfied . I highly recommend
