Unfortunately I did not get the service I expected, Elena Mazinani assisted me and I paid for them to give me very basic information and worst of all, she never sent me the information offered to my email. As well as the form to start the contract and I NEVER received it, no responses, no follow-ups and two emails that I sent, I never had a response. As if he had spoken to a ghost. That's not professional.
As stated in other reviews, Mrs Mazinani is extremely rude; This is true especially to the opposing legal counsels. Typical SLA for responses is 1-2+ days, wasting both time and money on both sides. A good divorce lawyer should be able to amicably and quickly resolve problems to solutions and agreement -and Mrs Mazinani shows no capability to do so.
I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm, particularly with Elena Mazinani. The level of professionalism and customer service was extremely poor. Communication was unclear, and nothing they initially promised actually happened. Instead, I was charged for services that brought no real value. Most of the staff were rude and lacked proper preparation, especially in handling family-related matters. The fees are excessively high for the subpar service provided. I strongly advise against choosing this firm and recommend finding a lawyer who truly cares about their clients and is committed to achieving results, rather than adding more stress to an already difficult situation. There was zero empathy, only a condescending attitude, as if clients were working for them instead of the other way around. In particular, Héctor demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge in the topics he was discussing. This firm should prioritize hiring competent professionals rather than individuals who seem unqualified for the job. Additionally, if you don’t have the financial means, expect to be pushed to the bottom of their priority list. They are unreliable with their scheduling and will still charge you for consultations that never actually took place. Overall, a very disappointing experience with Elena Mazinani.
She got angry at me because she felt I did not want her to be my lawyer and she was very hostile and rude. She is not professional and she called me and yelled at me that why you gave me low rating. She said to me that I return your money snd you delete your rating.
I had a great experience with Mazinani and Associates. Firstly, I was treated with compassion when I was in a very vulnerable place. Ms. Elena was very accommodating and helpful. Secondly, my file was handled very professionally and in a timely manner and every step of the process was explained to me in detail. Finally, I was very happy with the results achieved in court.
