The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. Excellent service ! They were very transparent and provided the most cost efficient service to meet my needs.
Not so simple. I was referred by a friend, so I attempted to setup an appointment by booking on their website. I got a confirmation email requesting more information, which I provided and then booked a timeslot for the free consultation. I got a confirmation email about the free consultation. I never received the call or any further response. Glad I didn't waste any money. Edit: I received a response after this review. A week after the initial attempt. How can I trust that they wouldn't drop the ball again? Not a good experience.
Do not recommend at all. It is a painful process to get any where with your divorce. I have recommended this company twice to two people and both of them struggled to get a hold of anyone or get any emails back. Their communication is terrible and they toss you around between many employees hardly getting any answers. Go with this company if you want to wait weeks for a response. Will not be recommending to any one again
I had an over the phone appointment scheduled no one called me during the 30 minute agreed waiting period. I called their office the following day to explain what happened and was scheduled for a second time to have a call and again no one called. Very disappointing.
My experience was excellent; arranging a call was simple, aided by a well-designed calendar integration that included reminders. I had a straightforward question that required clarification. Unlike other law firms, they didn't hurry me off the phone upon learning I didn't currently need legal representation. Instead, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend their services.
Anything but simple. I connected with Simple Divorce in January 2022 to obtain a simple marriage contract/pre-nuptial agreement ahead of my July 2022 wedding to my long-term partner. To date (January 2023) the marriage contract has now cost us 3x more than what we were initially quoted by Simple Divorce, we still do not have a signed finalized marriage contract and we have hit a stand-still in the process because my partner’s lawyer (who was recommended by Simple Divorce) cannot agree with the lawyers at Simple Divorce on the verbiage in the “simple” marriage contract. My partner (now husband) and I are in agreement of the terms that need to be included in the marriage contract but for whatever reason, the lawyers cannot come up with verbiage they can agree on and continued to charge us for their time. We are now looking elsewhere to get our marriage agreement finalized. This process has been absolutely ridiculous, costly and stressful. The cherry on top is that when we informed Simple Divorce we would no longer be needing their services, it took them over a month and multiple written requests to get our remaining retainer back. I would not recommend.
