What is happening to this clinic Family doctor is great but I was disappointed after talking to the receptionist, asked a question and she seemed so annoyed, gave me a big fat sigh over the phone. And this is after they kept sending the wrong documents to my OB. First you are not doing your job proper and on top being rude
My wife has been going to Dr. Cohen. I go to a different doctor so have a comparison. Dr. Cohen is kind caring and 100% follow up and follow thru. We drive 90 minutes so my wife can stay with Dr. Cohen. Recently she discovered what turned out to be early stage breaat cancer. Dr. Cohen simply the best Thanks so much for my wife's health
I have been a patient of Dr. Brcic for over 30 years and have always found him to make me feel confident and knowledgeable about any medical problems I bring him. He definitely cares about his patients!

They lost one of their best when Dr. Sharon Levy retired. Her replacement has a specialty of gas lighting the patient and their family. I’m not sure how a brilliant physician such as Dr. Levy could have fallen for the “caring and patient” physician who took her place. Over 2 decades with DVM associates and we’ve never been more relieved to have severed ties
Receptionist at this clinic are the worse. Disrespectful and rude minus the one Receptionist Shannon who's wonderful, patient and kind . Dr. Catherine kelley has been my doctor for years and I have nothing nice to say about her. She's fake, makes you wait for over an hour to see her in her office. I rather be waiting in the waiting area especially when I'm there for a check up . I don't appreciate waiting an hours in her office in a Flimsy gown. She's never around, she's always seems to be on vacation or fully booked. I know she's not for I have seen her apt for the day on her computer which is only 5 patients a day . So I'm not sure why we have to wait over an hour to see her . She never seem concerned or listen to your issue but ponds you off with medication or specialist you don't need . I have called her office several times to see her about my health and she can't be bothered to return my calls that week or at all . I'm very disappointed I am a patient, using someone's account to create this review.
Avoid signing up to see the doctors at this place. They are EXTREMELY and I cannot stress this enough EXTREMELY RUDE especially Dr. Alice Chan. I may be young but I have been to several doctors in my life with my medical issues and I have never met one that hold a petty grudge every time I go there. She take 0 time with patients to listen to what they've come in for. It's like a shuttle game for her and few other doctors. The only savings grace to this place is the administration team that keep things on the ball. If I could switch doctors I 1000% would but no one in North York are taking new patients. So will continue to go to a walk-in clinic than go to her!
