I had a very bad experience at BloodWorks during my recent visit. The person who took my blood seemed to be under training and did not appear to know the proper procedure. The blood draw was done incorrectly, and I lost more blood than usual. Because of this, my nerve became swollen and painful afterward. This was very concerning and unprofessional. Proper training and supervision are extremely important, especially when dealing with patients’ health. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that staff are fully trained before performing procedures on patients.
Staff members are rude management is a big waste. The only person there that works is Dr. Benedict apart from that, that practice is nonsense what some professional fail to realize the energy you project is the energy you will receive. I receive a phone call from management as a manager. She was very distasteful so the energy she projected was the energy she received and she did not like it as a manager you do not call a patient’s phone being unprofessionally you want to be unprofessional like I’m your friend on the streets so you will be spoken to like you’re a person on the streets that manager that female manager doesn’t deserve a job at that practice nor is the two receptionist at the front. They have students that are doing their placement given patience unsupervised blood test. No student should be giving a blood test unsupervised. They are not licensed to do blood test. They are there to learn and trained with supervision.
Avoid this place like a plague. More of stroke centre than a medical centre . Have no idea what they do. Grocery stores tim better . Wait time are no limit . No communication. Absolutely unprofessional and third wold centre .
Only writing a review because I'm not sure people realize this. For a mall youd think they would have more doctors to meet the demand. It might just be the walkin thats the problem. I'm not sure what the problem is why we have to wait 3+ hours on a busy day to see the doctor. If you're in a rush DO NOT come here lol or try to come early in the day and maybe you'll be lucky to see a doctor sooner than later. Only gave 3 stars because the doctor i saw was pretty ok
Please don't go walk in to this clinic until and unless you have ample amount of free time and you want to spend your day at the clinic. They take break at anytime and no proper management for walk in patients. Such a waste of time. Never coming back to this clinic again.
I went in today for a check up for a walk in, I have an insurance and the receptionist was asking for proof of coverage when I have been in other clinics a lot of times before and I’ve never been asked for that, I showed her the email but apparently it wasn’t enough. I had to forward the email and there was an error she could not open it and proceed to give me the ticket after trying couple times, so why bothering so much for the proof? even couple hours after in the pharmacy they didn’t ask for it either so much attitude coming from her, she skipped my ticket number and acted like it was the other receptionist fault when she was the only one calling out. It seemed like a hatred act. Waited for 2 hours just for the dr to tell me you maybe have something on your chest take this medicine. The only nice one was the nurse that was actually nice and helpful. I came here because it was convenient but I don’t recommend it to anyone and I will NEVER be coming back.
Very shady office while ignorant front workers. Got told yesterday they cant talk walk ins but to come in the following day. Took a uber and arrived. Lady behind counter told me they arent taking walk ins again even thou she was the one the day prior to tell me to come in..now im looking elsewhere to get meds for a lung infection..place is trash
