I bought a speaker from them from the brand HIVIT… I had to return it within an hour of purchasing because the same issue I had with the initial speaker I had, charging problems. The same issue as with the first one. I sent 3 emails to HAVIT since the speaker comes with a warranty I brought it back today (may 20224) because I assumed the warranty dept for the speaker was working on it but in all of the 4 times I’ve followed up with them and got no response I figured let’s go to where I got it because maybe it’s worth telling them their product it faulty as a fault of the manufacturer. Instead the old man working there tried to explain exactly what I told him was the issue and I insisted he was selling a faulty product and he literally gaslit me to thing it’s nothing that it it’s my problem. Do NOR buy from this place. It is just as ghetto and sketchy as every other electronic store in ghetto malls you would expect, it was my fault for even believing I could get a decent speaker from such a place. Don’t go. Do not waste your time.
So I bought a dysfunctional speaker they gave me a working one. great staff, very friendly an Large speakers NOT VERY HAPPY THAT I BOUGHT THERE Garbage they should be doing something to keep customers happy I'm only calling it garbage because speaker that they gave me only lasted one month

The staff there are terrible. Im a 23 year old who was here trying to help my mom buy a new house phone and because i told him his refurbished phones were too expensive he then proceeded to put his hand on my mom's shoulder and try to still make a sale saying i dont know what im talking about im not even going to use the phone.... I found that very rude and uncalled for. I made my mother walk away and told the man he's lost a sale and ill be writting a review about the incident.
